It is wonderful to go sailing at the end of the afternoon with your company or group of friends. From 16:00-18:30 is a popular time to go for drinks. Including a some typical Dutch fried snacks and unlimited chilled drinks.
After the cruise, we will finish at Roast Bistro Bar, one of Haarlem’s coziest
restaurants located along the river Spaarne.
Roast Bistro Bar is located in a former car garage and as a souvenir there is a cool vintage car on the car bridge! The cool interior and warm lighting creates a tremendously cozy ambiance.
As the name implies, Roast is a true Charcoal Grill restaurant where they give the finest cuts of fish, meat and vegetables the authentic taste.
A large collection of beers and fine wines complete the evening.
We have the option of booking a nice table for our guests following the cruise for groups of 6 to as many as 65 people.

There are many possibilities to enjoy a delicious meal while sailing along the canals. There is of course the Pizza or BBQ boat but even more fun is a real dinner. It feels like eating out but then on the water.

Our favorite meal during the cruise is the Half Chicken with Fries and a salad. Only €24.50 per person. Truly the signature dish of Roast, guaranteed to be the most delicious chicken in Haarlem.
And this is of course very good to combine with the unlimited chilled beer, wine and soft drinks during the cruise (only €7,50 p.p. per hour).
