What happens when it rains?
We always keep a close eye on the weather forecast, but of course, a little rain can happen. Fortunately, there are plenty of bridges along our routes where you can take shelter during a rain shower. With years of experience, we know that everything usually works out fine and you’ll often stay dry.
If the forecast does turn out to be very good, you can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Where do we get on and off?
Our luxury sloops are located in the Port of Heemstede on the Industrieweg. You always embark and return the sloop here.
Due to unexpected circumstances we can no longer sail, can we still cancel?
Moves may be made up to 48 hours before your cruise at no charge.
When will I get the deposit back?
After returning from your cruise, we will return the deposit to the account used to pay for it within 5 business days. It may take up to 3 days for the money to be returned to the account.

Are life jackets for children available?
Yes we do. Our dock host will ensure that life jackets are available on board when you arrive.
Is the dog allowed on board?
We always find dogs on board cozy, so they can definitely come along.
Where can I park?
Free parking is available around Heemstede Harbor. Please note that on weekdays you should not park in front of the dental office. The harbor is also easy to reach by bicycle or public transport. Bus 340 stops at stop Wipperplein, from here it is a 5-minute walk to the sloops in the Port of Heemstede on Industrieweg.
What is the maximum capacity aboard the sloops?
You’ll enjoy a wonderful day on the water in comfort for up to 10 people.
Can there be swimming?
You can do so at designated spots. Our quayside host will be happy to give you a great tip!
Swim at your own risk, of course.
